My order arrived a lot later than the estimated delivery date, which was frustrating. The tracking information was barely updated, so I had to keep reaching out to find out what was going on. Overall, not the smoothest delivery experience.

It looks good from a distance, but... once I got closer, I noticed some of the edges were a little uneven. It’s not awful or anything, just felt like the craftsmanship could’ve been cleaner for the price.

i mean, the order showed up fine and everything was in good shape, but the shipping was slower than I expected. It took a few extra days, and the tracking barely updated, which was a little annoying. Not the worst experience, just average overall.

I was hoping to find something a little more exciting, but when I started browsing, the selection felt limited. A lot of the designs looked kind of plain to me, and I didn’t feel like there were many options that really stood out.

I was just trying to look at rings on hausofbrilliance.com, but the whole site felt harder to use than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly for me, the filters weren’t very clear, and every time I went back it seemed like I lost what I was looking at or had to redo steps again.

On mobile it was even more annoying because I had to keep tapping around just to see basic info. It felt like there were too many steps for something that should’ve been simple. The jewelry might be nice, but the website got frustrating fast and I ended up leaving.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting frustrating. One email says one thing, then another email seems to say something different, so I’m confused about what’s actually going on. I just want a clear update and to finally get my money back

I ordered from hausofbrilliance.com and, to be fair, the shipping was fine. It wasn’t some slow-as-hell nightmare or anything, just normal.

But once the item showed up, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. The packaging looked a little weird, and a few details didn’t match what I was expecting. Maybe it’s authentic, but it had me second-guessing like a damn idiot.
Customer service did reply, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t really give me enough proof to feel confident. For the price I paid, I wanted way more reassurance, not this sketchy little guessing game.

I’ll give Haus of Brilliance some credit, the customization options were nice. Being able to choose things like metal type and stone size made it feel a bit more personal, which I appreciated, even if I wasn’t totally sure I was seeing all the differences clearly.

That said, I did feel like I had to poke around more than I wanted to. Some of the details were a little vague, and comparing options wasn’t as simple as I hoped. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but I wouldn’t exactly call it seamless either.

Overall, the item was close to what was described, and I’m happy with it for the most part. The only thing I noticed is that the color looked a bit different in person than it did in the photos. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

I ordered from Haus of Brilliance the return policy is fine. Like, you can return items, but there are rules and everything has to be unused, which makes sense and is totally fair. At the same time, the whole thing felt a little more stressful than I expected. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I also wouldn’t call it super easy. Overall it worked out, just kind of average

It looks fine overall, but the quality is just kind of average. I opened it up on my kitchen table after work and my first thought was, “Yeah, this is okay.” Not bad, not super impressive either. It does the job, but I wouldn’t say it feels especially sturdy or high-end

I liked the look of the pieces, and the website was easy to get around. I ordered sometime in late April, or maybe it was early May, I don’t remember exactly, but shipping was fine. Not super quick, but not slow enough that I was annoyed either.

I had a rough time dealing with hausofbrilliance.com. Right from the start, getting clear answers was harder than it should’ve been. Slow replies. Half-answers. Sometimes not really answering what I asked at all. I ended up sending follow-up messages just to figure out basic things about my order. It got stressful fast. Not the experience I was hoping for.

The diamond is okay, not terrible or anything, just not as brilliant as I thought it would be. In daylight it has a decent sparkle, like near a window, outside for a minute, or in the car when the sun hits it. But under regular indoor lighting, like in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, or even at my desk, it looks a little flat to me. I was expecting more shine for the price, especially in everyday lighting. Shipping was totally fine though, no issues there.

The stone certificate didn’t match the listing exactly, which made me pause. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel as reassuring as I expected.

I sent my ring in to get resized and have a small repair done, thinking it would be a simple thing. Somehow it took longer than I was originally told, which had me dramatically checking for updates like my entire life depended on it. When I finally got it back, it still didn’t feel quite right on my finger. Maybe I’m being a little extra, but after waiting that long, I really expected it to be perfect. Not super happy with the whole experience.
